Hi,
I would like to know the duration/shelf life of Clean room paper after use. The clean room papers get printed with information/form, get autoclaved and then get documented during production run. I would like to know how many months/years does the paper last afterwards and if there is an etablished proof of it.
The pharma companies are required to store all the documentation for a certain period of time.
Please advice and share your expertise and knowledge.
Thanks,

Hello,
Synthetic coated Cleanroom paper offers these advantages versus traditional paper.
1. The substrate of both paper is cellulose, a wood pulp. Cleanroom paper goes thru rigorous online tensioning to deliver a uniform thickness. Cleanroom paper has the surface finish of technical paper. This improved flatness affords a better surface for consistent ink adhesion.
2. The cellulose substrate on Cleanroom paper is coated with a synthetic resin. This coating prevents the release of loose fibers, and improves the paper’s tensile strength.
3. Synthetic coated Cleanroom paper is acid-free, which enhances it’s ability for long-term archiving.
Cleanroom paper is a better solution for archiving than traditional paper. Caution needs to be taken to ensure that the ink used is also acid-free on documents designed for long-term storage.
Hi , most of cleanroom owners use minimum paper inside because it is particle source you know. But if you have to use it , you can use cleanroom certified papers.
