Hi, there are some questions confusing about the glove.
Every time I take off the gloves after the work, I realize that my both hands have lots of white particles which make me feel unconfortable. and sometime it makes me feel pain when I wash them.
I know the particles are to prevent the glove sticking with hands. but what kind of materials are they?
Telling the truth, I hate the semll of it.
Maybe I should ask our company to change them.
    ;D

For the common glove manufacturing process especially the natural rubber gloves, a thin coating of cornstarch powder is use to facilitate donning of the gloves and to prevent the sides from sticking together. They are call the powdered gloves.

The powder-free gloves are recommended in order to resolve the discomfort caused by the cornstarch powder from gloves. Most powder-free gloves have been extensively washed and treated with the chlorine process, which not only removes the tackiness of the gloves without the need for cornstarch powder, but also eliminate most of the extratable latex protein in case of the natural rubber gloves.

Beside that, the synthetic rubber (e.g. Nitrile and PVC) are the alternative material to replace the natural rubber gloves to overcome the latex allergy or hypersensitivity, occurs when a person's body's immune system reacts to the latex proteins and/or the additives used during the manufacturing process. The reactions range from mild: skin rash, runny nose, itchy, watery eyes, to an extreme of: facial or throat swelling, and difficulty breathing.

very details, thx! but where can I find the info about what kind of gloves I wanna use, like if I was working with chemical materials, I should use the certain kind of gloves, right? and if I working with electronic devices, I should use different gloves. can you recommend me a official website about those?
    appreciate that!

You can go to the Global Society for Contaminatino Control website, http://www.gsfcc.org.
There are plenty of resources about cleanroom and contamination control information over there
Hopefully, you can find what you want.
    Good luck! ;)
