Hi, I am working in a semiconductor company and now it is going to reconstruct the lines of products, mainly located in the clean room. And I was looking for the clean room management of semiconductor which maybe helpful for my company to increase the quality of our products. So any recommendations here?

Thank you
regards,

If you want to get some information concerning the cleanroom management, you can read some articles about it and maybe you can go to the website http://www.sciencedirect.com
to find out some of them. like the paper: Cleanroom management: Using filters in the cleanroom by Ken Sutherland.

Here are some inputs to share in terms of ensuring the cleanroom compliance when re-constructing the production line in cleanroom.
1) The cleanroom performance (e.g. airborne particles and air flow velocity) should be re-examine before line setup, this is to ensure the cleanroom integrity are intact.
2) After the line setup, the airborne particle count test should be perform to verify the conformance which is call "At-Rest" condition. If non comformance found, it is usually related to the equipment issues such loose or leak air hose.
3) After the production start, the airborne particle count test should be tested to ensure the operation condition meet the cleanroom specification.

Some common non conformance issues usually found when re-layout the workstation. An audit or buy-off usually conducted prior production start to ensure the equipments and tools are fully equip and operate in good conditions.

A thorough wipe down are needed after setup the workstation. Necessary wipe testing should be perform to verify the work suface cleanliness.

A "first-time-right" approach should to be apply to ensure the cleanroom conformance prior to production start. This would avoid unnecessary down time or quality issues arises due to the contamination.
