I am studying over validation of these cleanrooms and clean benches.

Can anyone tell how what is the relating standard for this validation?

I've looked at ISO 14644-1, 14644-2 but that do not tell me anything about exact requirement (test result) for HEPA leaking test, particle count, air velocity, ect. for
clean room, clean bench and BSC.
