I am fielding some questions from cleanroom manufacturing personnel concerning the need for the Sign-in/Sign-out log, and I have yet to find a specific requirement for the log in any of the standards.  Can anyone point me to book, chapter, and verse on requiring entry/exit logs?  This is a low volume, minimal personnel, low hazard electronics lab.

If I had the budget, I'd just have electronic lock accesses on the lab, given only to personnel who pass the cleanroom protocal training, but that's a ways off.
