    hi all

I am in charge on a new clean room which will have different quality areas : ISO 4-5-6-7.  The clean room will be focused on Nanotechnology and Semiconductor.

I would like to have your suggestions about having a PARTICLE COUNTER to check the perfomance of our clean room.

I have references from PARTICLE MEASURING SYSTEMS ( HandiLaz® Mini ) . Please could you tell me if it is a good particle counter.

What should i check on ,  which one do you recommend me …

thank you a lot in advance

The Handilaz Mini is a handheld particle counter. The Quality is good, but this device has a very small flow rate. 0.1cubic feet/minute.(2.83 Liters/minute).
It is nice for testing something quick and easy, and it is as I said, Handheld.

Also sensitivity of the unit is 0.3 micron. If your in nano tech or semi, you may consider getting something with more sensitivity, 0.2 micron, 0.1 micron or such.

Also you may consider a higher flow rate instrument like 1.0 cubic feet/minute (28.3 Liter/minute) so you can sample at a faster rate and see more air.
