    Hi, all.
    i know that recommend 5-20Pa between cleanroom.
    If there is a different class cleanzone (enclosure area) inside a cleanroom, any recommend differential pressure betwwen these area?
    for example, class 100 cleanzone inside class 100k CR.
    pls advise. Thanks
