I was thinking is it more and more companies using the clean energy in the clean room?

I do not get your point, but if you mean the materials like wipers, apparel, gloves, mats which using in the cleanroom become clean, then you are right. Going green and looking to reduce landfill waste, like recycle the products, are the goal of cleanroom.
Then if you mean the energy of cleanroom go clean, which means using the alternative enery to substitute the conventional energies like fossil fuels, and the by-products are friendly to environment, that is the technology of sustainability we are looking for.

I am not sure about the idea of going green is the criteria of the stuffs like wipers, apparels, etc..
Can you tell me the very processes of those products, I mean in details. Because I am looking for those stuffs for our companies recently.
    Thanks!
