The die is what gives the final product its profile and must be designed so that the molten plastic evenly flows from a cylindrical profile to the products profile shape. For products such as plastic sheeting the cooling is achieved by pulling through a set of cooling rolls..Sometimes on the same line a secondary process may occur before the product has finished its run. Other extruded products include pipe and tubing or foil monofilaments and textile fibers flat sheet anything over 0.010inch 0.25mm wire and cable covering and a great variety of profiles such as window frames gaskets and channels and house siding.

Hi,

I would like to know the duration/shelf life of Clean room paper after use. The clean room papers get printed with information/form, get autoclaved and then get documented during production run. I would like to know how many months/years does the paper last afterwards and if there is an etablished proof of it.

The pharma companies are required to store all the documentation for a certain period of time.

Please advice and share your expertise and knowledge.

Thanks,
Bhavik

....Often employees who are exposed to chemical hazards need to use personal protective equipment PPE that includes gloves and occasionally chemical protective suits. Chemical protective suits and gloves come in a variety of materials and no one material protects against all chemical hazards. ......There are three basic criteria that determine chemical compatibility of chemical protective gloves and clothing permeation rate degradation and breakthrough time.

It is worth noting that with the concern for the environment and cost reduction, many manufacturers are now digitalizing documentations. Practically eliminating also the need for storage is also another big gain. However, there's still a need for cleanroom paper and you can now find a more sustainable cleanroom paper, 100% recyclable since otherwise latex does not allow the paper to be recycled. Funny many think that "going green" is more expensive, yet in this case it clearly is not so.
